1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a cab with Neemrana Taxi (referred to as "we", "us", or "our") — whether through our website, by calling, or via WhatsApp — you ("the passenger" or "customer") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Services Offered

Neemrana Taxi provides the following transportation services:

• Airport transfers to/from Delhi IGI and Jaipur airports
• Outstation cab services (one-way and round trips)
• Local hourly and full-day cab hire
• Corporate employee transportation
• Tourist and sightseeing packages

All services are subject to vehicle availability and may be refused at our discretion if safety or policy requirements are not met.

3. Booking & Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only after you receive an acknowledgment from us via call or WhatsApp. Submitting a request on our website or sending a WhatsApp message alone does not guarantee a booking.

• Bookings should be made at least 2 hours in advance for local rides.
• Airport transfers should be booked at least 4 hours in advance.
• Outstation trips should be booked at least 12 hours in advance.
• We will do our best to accommodate last-minute bookings subject to availability.

4. Fares & Payments

All fares are as listed on our Rate Card. The agreed fare at the time of booking is final and will not change unless:

• The route or destination is changed by the passenger after the journey begins.
• Additional waiting time beyond the agreed period is requested.
• Parking charges, toll charges, or state entry taxes are incurred during the trip (charged at actuals).
• Night charges apply: an additional ₹200 is levied for rides between 11:00 PM and 5:00 AM.

Payments can be made in cash or via UPI/online transfer. For corporate clients, GST will be levied as applicable.

5. Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers are expected to:

• Be ready at the pickup location at the confirmed time. A waiting charge of ₹100 per 30 minutes applies after 15 minutes of free waiting.
• Not carry prohibited, illegal, or hazardous materials in the cab.
• Behave respectfully with the driver and not cause damage to the vehicle.
• Wear seatbelts at all times.
• Not consume alcohol or smoke inside the vehicle.
• Ensure that the number of passengers does not exceed the vehicle's legal seating capacity.

Any damage caused to the vehicle by the passenger will be charged to the passenger at repair cost.

6. Driver & Vehicle

We commit to providing:

• Licensed, experienced, and police-verified drivers.
• Clean, well-maintained, air-conditioned vehicles.
• Vehicles with valid fitness certificates and commercial permits.

We reserve the right to substitute the vehicle type or driver in case of emergency or unavailability, provided a comparable vehicle is arranged.

In the event of a vehicle breakdown mid-trip, we will arrange an alternative vehicle as soon as possible. No additional charge will be levied for the replacement.

7. Cancellation & Refund

Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for complete details. In summary:

• Cancellations made 6+ hours before pickup: Full refund (if advance paid).
• Cancellations made 2–6 hours before pickup: 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 2 hours before pickup or no-shows: No refund.

8. Liability

Neemrana Taxi shall not be held liable for:

• Delays caused by traffic, road closures, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Loss or damage to personal belongings left in the cab.
• Missed flights, trains, or appointments due to unforeseen delays.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our liability in any claim shall not exceed the fare amount paid for that specific trip.

9. Privacy Policy

We collect your name, phone number, and travel details solely for the purpose of fulfilling your booking. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties.

By booking with us, you consent to receiving booking confirmations and service-related messages on your provided phone number via call or WhatsApp.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Alwar, Rajasthan.
