1. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both passengers and our drivers who depend on confirmed bookings.

⏰ Cancellation time is calculated from the confirmed pickup time, not the time of booking. All cancellation requests must be made via call or WhatsApp to +91 82337 37201.

2. How to Cancel a Booking

To cancel your booking, please contact us immediately via:

Please share your name, booking date, and pickup details when requesting cancellation. We will confirm the cancellation and refund eligibility within 30 minutes.

3. Refund Process

Eligible refunds will be processed as follows:

Submit Cancellation Request

Call or WhatsApp us with your booking details. We will verify your booking and cancellation time.

Cancellation Confirmed

We will confirm your cancellation and inform you of the refund amount based on our policy.

Refund Initiated

Refunds for online/UPI payments are processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment source. Cash advance refunds are made via UPI or cash as agreed.

Refund Received

You will receive a confirmation message once the refund is processed. Bank processing may take an additional 2–3 business days.

â„šī¸ Refunds are processed to the original payment method only. We do not refund to a different account or number unless the original method is no longer active.

4. Rescheduling Policy

We are happy to reschedule your booking free of charge if you inform us at least 4 hours before the original pickup time, subject to vehicle availability.

5. Cancellation by Neemrana Taxi

In rare circumstances — such as vehicle breakdown, driver emergency, or severe weather — we may need to cancel a confirmed booking. In such cases:

6. No-Show Policy

A "no-show" occurs when the passenger is not available at the confirmed pickup location within 15 minutes of the scheduled pickup time and cannot be reached by phone.

For payments made via our online payment gateway (UPI, debit/credit card, net banking):
